Arcolff, named after the Great Wizard Aireo Bon Arcollf is the setting for the College of magics and built into the foundations of Storms end and made of the same white stone. It is said that Aireo raised the Tower himself using long lost secrets of magic. Arcollf also seconds as a market area catering to the finer things upper society crave.
